Shauna & Colm 15.7.16

Mr & Mrs McAtamney 15.7.16 Lusty Beg Island Wedding Photography

Summer 16’, Friday 15th July, sun is shining and we are ready for Shauna & Colm’s big day! Well ok, maybe the sun wasn't shining, maybe it was pouring out of the heavens all morning but we were no less ready!

The weather outside might have been miserable but that certainly didn't dampen the spirits of all those in the Shivers household. Wedding preparation was well underway when we arrived. We could tell very early it was going to be a great day, the family were so warm and welcoming which always makes our job easier.

Shauna was absolutely stunning in her bespoke Stephanie Allin dress, not to mention the fabulous Kate Spade shoes.

We captured so many wonderful moments between the Bride and her family before we dashed off to meet the Boys at the Chapel.

Thankfully the sun had decided to show its face just in time for the guests arriving at the chapel. Colm, looking rather dashing I must add, arrived excited and ready to see his Bride!

The whole day ran like clockwork, maybe Shauna’s background in Film Production kept everything on schedule! We had a bit of a drive from the Chapel in Newbridge to Lusty Beg Island before it was Lights, Camera, Action and we could get some fabulous shots of the lovely Bride & Groom. Lusty Beg Island is such a fantastic location and definitely worth the drive! The couple have that exclusivity of their own Island for their big day, who wouldn't feel like a Hollywood A Lister! Here's a few of our favourites from the wedding photography session:

It was an absolute joy to be part of this day. The entire Shivers-McAtamney family were a delight to work with. We got some incredible shots and captured some meaningful moments.

Thank you to Shauna & Colm for being such a fabulous couple! We wish you many happy years as Mr & Mrs McAtamney!
