LABHOISE & CHARLES’ WEDDING

It’s always nice getting a recommendation after a wedding but with this family I’ve now photographed 5 in 4 years. That being 3 sisters and 2 cousins who have all got married in amazing style and two of these weddings have been at the Glancy family home in Bellaghy. When Labhaoise contacted me about photographing their wedding I must say I was super excited.The Wedding day was so beautiful from start to finish. I remember the buzz at the house in the morning as all the men worked hard outside getting things set up while all the ladies were getting hair and make up sorted inside along with other duties. Labhaoise & Charles had their ceremony in the gardens under an open ended marquee. I must say, watching a father walk his daughter out of the family home and down the garden was so special, especially with the ambience of the string quartet playing in the background.After the ceremony we had a short window to get all photographs done (which were all taken in the home gardens) before heading into the marquee for speeches and then dinner. One thing stands out for me on all these Glancy weddings was the level of professionalism when speaking. On this wedding for example, one sister Claire was the compare and did a fantastic job. She was funny yet professional and just a joy to listen to. This was the same for all the speakers and I will have to mention the brides speech as it was probably the best speech I’ve heard at a wedding so far.There was such a sense of family at this wedding and its amazing to see how well they can party together and everyone getting on so well. They really do know how to party:) I managed to get the couple out of the party for 5 mins in the evening time for a quick few shots by the lit up pool and another by a special tree in the garden, which was planted by the brides grandfather many years ago.Have a look at some photos from the day below and if you have any questions please ask away:)Thank you for reading, Steven
